so - with my altered angle and specific focus, i have noted two positive changes with my new steering column:

1) i feel like neo drives smoother

2) the heat on my feet works WAY BETTER (now, i have no idea why this would be the case - but i swear it's more & it's hotter; which is a blessing in this frigid cold weather)
